A Little Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Jane — a coach, mentor, business owner, lawyer, programme manager, and mum. Like many of us who spent years masking, I’ve worn a lot of hats and picked up a few degrees along the way (Law, Psychology, and Social Sciences).

I’m proudly neurodivergent, with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Type 1 Diabetes, and Coeliac Disease. For years, I pushed through overwhelm using systems that weren’t built for brains like mine. Everything changed when I stopped trying to fit into neurotypical models and started creating tools that actually support how I think and work.

A big part of that transformation was learning to make decisions for myself — without needing permission, external validation, or endless reassurance. I help others do the same: trust their own judgement, create structure that supports clarity, and take action without getting stuck in self-doubt.

I also know how tough change can be — whether it’s a new routine, a life pivot, or simply starting something unfamiliar. I teach practical strategies to manage change in a way that feels steady, safe, and sustainable — especially for minds that thrive on clarity.

My focus is on helping you get things done — not through pressure, but through simple, repeatable strategies that reduce burnout and actually work in real life. I draw on neuroscience, psychology, and over 25 years of managing projects and programmes internationally to help you move forward with confidence and ease.
