Hi, I’m Jane

LLB, BA (Hons), DipArts Psych, SI Coach

I’m a coach, programme manager, business owner, lawyer, and mum. Originally from New Zealand, I now live in the UK with my family — and I’m passionate about helping people manage change, overcome overwhelm, and take clear, confident action in their lives and work.

I’m proudly neurodivergent — with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Type 1 Diabetes, and Coeliac Disease. I've lived through life-changing diagnoses and big transitions I chose, like moving halfway around the world and reshaping my career. Those experiences taught me how to work with my brain, not against it — and how to guide others through the same.

For years, I pushed through pressure and overthinking using systems that weren’t built for people like me. Everything changed when I stopped masking and started designing practical tools that actually support how I think, decide, and get things done.

One of the biggest shifts? Learning to make decisions without needing permission, reassurance, or perfect conditions. I believe that learning to trust yourself — and take action from that place — is one of the most powerful skills you can build. I help people do just that.

What I Do

I specialise in showing you exactly what to do next. Together, we’ll cut through the blockers, map out step-by-step plans, and replace confusion and procrastination with clarity and progress. I bring together neuroscience, psychology, and over 25 years of international experience managing complex projects and programmes.

My work is grounded in real-world results — helping people make sense of change, shift how they talk to themselves, and follow through even when things feel uncertain, overwhelming, or brand new.

Whether you’re navigating unexpected challenges or chasing big goals, I’ll help you build repeatable strategies that reduce burnout, support decision-making, and help you finally get things done — in a way that works for you.
